These terms and conditions are subject to change when necessary. You are advice to review our policy from time to time to keep it update.

All orders or transactions will be governed by the terms and conditions upon the date of transaction compulsory. We will put the effective date of the updated version at the bottom of each policy.
Confirmation of order
All orders placed are an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance by Bonjour Global. If an order is not accepted, a full refund will occur at the earliest possible convenience. We reserve the rights to refuse an offer for any reason. We reserve the rights to refuse or deny any orders.
Bonjour Global is no responsibility to deliver any orders upon all payments confirm received. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable in our site, we may cancel the transaction and process a full refund.
Your payment credentials will be subject to validation checks and authorisation by our payment processing provider such as PayPal.
Fraudulent payment will be reported to the relevant authorities. If the issuer of your payment refuses to authorise payment, we will not accept your order.
We are not liable any charges from your payment issuer by process of your payment in any orders.
We offer free shipping on all orders over a set threshold to most of countries. The threshold is AUD$50. The delivery threshold applies to all orders irrespective of whether it includes products fulfilled by Bonjour Global and/or a Concession Brand.
Additional premium delivery options may be available depending on your location. Additional handling fee will be applied if the region in which you resides is considered a remote area. All handling fee will be shown before the payment confirmation.
We deliver your order from our Australia warehouses but not limited to our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Time frame for delivery
The order handling time before dispatch takes 2-3 business days (except Sat & Sun) typically according to the location of our warehouses.
We only accept the physical address for posting due to the delivery restriction of our couriers. If your delivery address in PayPal or any of our payment gateway is a PO box, please revise before placing an order. Or, your order may be cancelled and refunded
Shipping Address Amendment
We do not allow any change or update of shipping address after an order is placed successfully or an order has been dispatched.
A new order placement is required. Please revise the new shipping address by payment gateway in prior to place a new order.
Lost Parcel and Dispute Case
Please contact us if the courier has not delivered the parcel to you 20 business days after dispatched. We will issue a full refund or a re-shipment to you if the parcel is confirmed as lost. We will do our best to assist you for any investigation.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We reserve the rights to reject the refund due to an erroneous and/or incomplete address. Please contact our customer care team in case of a non-receipt of parcel.
Reviews / Comments
By submitting your reviews or comments, you are agree Bonjour Global have the rights to use, replicate, modify and publish them. You also agree Bonjour Global to release your name and location.
All reviews posted in our site, is not represent the views or opinions of Bonjour Global or its owners, shareholders, employees or others.
Any other information you provide at the checkout, such as comments or survey responses, is used for future plan and new products add into our developments for our site.
Purpose of goods
Buyers agrees to use the products only for their intended use after purchase. Any other use will caused by the buyer, it is assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of their use.

Promotional code usage
Terms and conditions apply to all promotional codes which advertise on Bonjour Global website. Please read the applicable link in detail.
- Promotional code is valid for a limited time only
- Each promotional code can be used once in each account/order
- Each promotional code applies only on the qualified products or orders
- Promotional code is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions
- If promotional code is offered to members, please register a customer account or login your account in prior to apply the code
- To apply promotional code, you must enter code before checkout
- Promotional code is not transferable, redeemable for cash or credit
- Promotional code cannot be applied to previously placed orders
- Bonjour Global reserves the rights to void or cancel the promotional code in transaction where prohibited
- Bonjour Global reserves the rights to update the promotional code without prior notice
